Login: Cannot Reset Password & No Account Access--Repeated failed attempts
After going through the usual update of password procedures, cannot reset and now cannot access account.
Have verified info with online chat person, who needed to refer to 'technical' but we don't get though to next level. Am in a repeating 'no forward motion' cycle.
(Hours now spent on trying to remedy/get through to someone to help)
I have all the credential info needed but require human intervention to kick start this again.
Any reasonable suggestions to resolve this issue appreciated.
