my new att reward card with balance 0, which is supposed to be 100
I just received the reward card and activated following instructions. It turned out that balance is 0 instead of 100. I tried to find someone to help me but the phone number on the back of card can not reach any person. And online chat on the website shows not available. I have no choice but to turn to this forum.

There are many reports of the same thing, apparently it is a wide spread issue. One poster was told to wait 24 hours as the balance should show up.
