Additional Receivers

I have read through most of the issues surrounding installing additional receivers but I still have a few questions.  Unfortunately the house where I plan on upgrading is about 150 miles from where I live so I am trying to do all of this without seeing my existing equipment.  Currently I have a standard receiver and only one wire coming from the dish.  My brother has told me that there is only one connection coming off the dish and he sent me the attached pics.

Does anyone know what will be required to install two more receivers?  I don't necessarily need dvr or hd as this is a ranch house.  I would like to be able to order all equipment this week and go down there over the weekend to install.  Only problem is that the house is about 60 miles from the nearest electronics store so I have to take everything with me.  Thanks for any help that you may provide!
