Code 102
My receiver finally connected to my iPad on Friday July 16 and I waited 5 days to make sure all channels downloaded. I can get most of the but the ones in the 600- 700’s are saying code 102 which says streaming on another device. Which I don’t have another device. What do I need to do?

Resetting your main Genie DVR using the red reset button near the access card should fix this ....
