Gemini will not open apps

I got the Gemini to use with my Genie in December. In March it stopped loading or opening apps. It says there is a problem with HBO or that there is no internet connection. I cannot get my new Denon avr to pair with my genie remote

Just upgraded our 20-year-old avr with a Denon avr-S570BT. I have searched for hours to try to find an answer to why I cannot get it to pair with our Genie RC73 remote. The set up is the genie runs to the avr via HDMI in the SAT port, then from the avr to the tv via the monitor port to the HDMI arc

Being told that the H26k receiver is discontinued....

Is it true that the H26k receiver is being discontinued? We just had an installer out to add 2 more receivers to one of our customers bars and they brought H44 boxes and said the H26k is no longer going to be made and it was discontinued. Is 99(S) important on Directv setup?

I'm trying to align my new Directv dish after a large limb took out the old one! Everything else looks great but 99(s) is hanging in the upper 60s, should I keep trying? Have any idea what's on that satellite, and is my wife going to kill me if it doesn't get better? Thanks
