Problem with SWiM ODU ONLY POWER INSERTER and lack of Directv Signal
My SWiM ODU ONLY POWER INSERTER light turns green when plugged into the electrical outlet but the green light goes out when I plug the cable into the male threaded ''Power to SWiM". I can't understand why. I've tried resetting by unplugging the SWiM for a minute and replugging it into an outlet. No change. I am getting the Directv Error Code 775 and no signal. Does anyone know what is happening?

Thanks for your effort, @kdp5x. Error 775 usually means the network can't detect the SWiM due to power loss, or the receiver isn't properly connected to it. We have a specialist available to assist you with further troubleshooting. Sending you a DM now. John, DIRECTV Community Team

Most likely a poor coax cable connector. Check those connections all the way to the dish.
