I have a slimline 3 SWM dish at our remote cabin. I’m trying to add a HR24-700 to the dish using a SWM splitter to get TV in our second bedroom. I put the splitter between the dish and SWM power unit and then connected the dish to the second output on the splitter, not the pass through power side. T

The remote will turn on/off tv, adjust volume on soundbar but when I push the input button, it will bring up the TCL options but you can't scroll through the options. If you press the input again it closes the TCL input options. I have not been able to change the input.

I need to know what type of pole is used by directv install technicians. I need a longer pole than the 6 ft ones that installers use. Please advise quickly. I need to purchase in next couple days.
