Hello, I have a situation where I am distributing 6 DirecTV H44-500 tuners via a 16x16 HDMI matrix in a bar, to 16 TVs. (mostly Sony 4K and LG 4K TVs) I cannot get the DirecTV tuners to lock resolution to 1080p, 1080i, or 720p and stay stable, they either blank out here and there or don't display at

If I disconnect the Directv hdmi cable from the LG tv, the streaming apps, Netflix/Prime/Hulu work fine. If the Directv cable is connected to the tv, streaming apps quit within 1-3 seconds.

We are having to replace our Genie 2 due to changing out everything else and still having video freezing, video loss, etc. will I lose all recordings when the new genie 2 gets installed?

Some buttons on the remote do not work

Just replaced my Genie remote and after programing it it will not turn off my Sony TV or Denon receiver. It will turn them on and control the sound -just will not turn them off.
