My new remote is programmed to my TV so that isn’t the issue. I would like my new remote to behave as my previous one did. With the old one if I pushed the ON button it would turn off the TV but leave the receiver on. That way no buffer was lost on the receiver. The new one will not turn off the TV

I have a HR54-200 receiver in my family room and 6 other mini's throughout our house. I just replaced the family HD plasma TV with a 4K LG television. What do I need to watch 4K DirecTV content on that TV? Am I able to do it myself or do I need a technician to come out? Thanks.

Hi, We have a Genie H54/500 in the master bedroom, a C51-500 mini in the kitchen and a C61K-700 mini in the sunroom according to the DirecTV settings info. The H54/500 is no longer hooked up to a TV and we would like to relocate it to the sunroom and return the C61K-700 to DirecTV as a monthly cost
