Satellite Equipment

Hello, I currently am using the Genie 2 along with the C61K-700 4k receiver. I know this receiver is an older model. However, I would like to upgrade to the Gemini Satellite receiver. Can anyone give me some pros and cons of doing this. I currently have an Oled Lg tv, using a sonos system. Thx

I have a slimline 3 SWM dish at our remote cabin. I’m trying to add a HR24-700 to the dish using a SWM splitter to get TV in our second bedroom. I put the splitter between the dish and SWM power unit and then connected the dish to the second output on the splitter, not the pass through power side. T

The remote will turn on/off tv, adjust volume on soundbar but when I push the input button, it will bring up the TCL options but you can't scroll through the options. If you press the input again it closes the TCL input options. I have not been able to change the input.

The new remote I'm a little disappointed the ergonomic shape feel is not like the old one and lights don't stay on long or brite enough. When pick up the control the doesn't come on

I need to know what type of pole is used by directv install technicians. I need a longer pole than the 6 ft ones that installers use. Please advise quickly. I need to purchase in next couple days.

I am at my whits end Continual black screen with Gemini. I have to reset every day, and it still blacks out with audio I have done the steps suggested but nothing works long term Is the unit failing? I am on my second Gemini unit and I still have the same problem. On start up, about 3 to 4 times a week, I only get audio, no picture. The picture is blank or some partial picture. Remote won’t fully pair and the DirecTv rep said it’s not possible to pair with this TV brand?? It’s a Genie remote. I can get it into RF mode but the Settings does not have an option
