I can't get my t v dreaming to work and won't collect the internet

Thanks for reaching out, @Barry1963! To troubleshoot your Genie setup and connect it to the internet or a mobile hotspot, please follow these steps:

 - Restart your internet router/modem.
 - Press MENU on your remote.
 - Select Settings > Internet Setup > Connect Now.
 - If reconnecting, select Reconnect Now.
 - After checking connection status, select Set Up Wireless.
 - Choose your wireless network.
 - Enter your password and select Continue.

What model Genie?

Are you trying to connect by WiFi or a wired option?

Do you get any error messages?

What home internet do you have?

Are you connecting directly to the main router or something in between?

(check before you post please to make sure info is correct: TV dreaming, t?V?, gene, etc.)
