Direct TV satellite remote with voice control?

Is Direct TV ever going to update their Genie remote so that it has voice control?  I do not want to use Alexa or my phone.  I don't want to stream - my internet is sketchy and the satellite picture is fantastic.  I want a remote control for my satellite DirectTV where I don't have to hunt and peck letters one at a time to find something.  So 1990's!  The Comcast remote is so much better but the cable picture is inferior to the satellite one.  Please, DirectTV, I'm begging you to update the Genie remote and provide voice control.
