error 721 with "Troubleshoot" option
Lose auth maybe twice a week. needs rehit by DTV. Signals great from antenna. DTV tech cannot figure it out either. It will lose some channels like 206, 212. it says 721 with opt to troubleshoot.

Sounds like the receiver access card needs replacing. Or, you can try going to Menu, Search, and do a Keyword Search for CLEARMYBOX
