Error 772

Once again my tv is stuck on acquiring guide signal. Nothing I do changes it. I’ve unplugged and hit the red reset button

722 Service Expired IRD was unplugged for an extended period, reconnect IRD & have CS reauthorize.

No worries, it’s easy to get confused with the different error codes. With error 772, this usually occurs after activating a receiver. @Karonpasquill if you continue to receive this error I suggest refreshing your receiver online at DIRECTV.com by logging into your account, going to Account Overview, choosing ‘Manage my Equipment’, and then ‘Refresh Receiver.’
