Gemini Apps still not opening
I am again requesting help on my ongoing issue. After working for a week or two, the Gemini apps simply will not open, each app sends an error message about not being able to connect to the internet. I currently have 4 gemini boxes all acting the same. Yet, I have backup independent streaming boxes at the same sites working perfectly. Also, I can stream "on demand" programming with DirecTV, and all regular directv programming is working perfectly. It is simply the directv apps will not connect to the internet. I have run a direct ethernet cable and same story. I have unplugged and released the red button numerous times. It has to be some small adjustment, but I simply cannot find it. Can someone help?

What happens if you try to connect a computer to these Ethernet run cables? Do you get a successful connection? If so, something is wrong with your main Genie receiver, which may need to be reset with the red reset button (along with the Gemini boxes themselves)

Thanks for the suggestion........but, I have also reset the Genie 2 main receiver box several times as well........but still no change. If I run the ethernet cable to a computer, the signal is strong......really odd.
