I can't program my remote using the available codes

Here's more information on how to program your Genie or Universal remote.

If this doesn't help, we just need additional information to better assist.

• What device are you trying to program your remote to? (TV, sound bar, etc.) 
• Do you have a genie or Universal remote?
• Is everything plugged in correctly?
• Have you rebooted and then trying to program the remote?

Model # of your current remote and the Model # of the receiver & model # of the TV Please! 

The remote is a RC66RX, the receiver is a genie mini and the TV is a Vizio VW37L 

You Need a RC73X Remote --Your RC66 Doesn't have Codes it's too old for your TV ==Your can one from ebay or Amazon or call 1-800-531-5000 and request one.
