Keep getting Error Code 775

Keep getting error code 775. When it happens, it happens on the main HD-DVR in the living room and on the little Genie in my office. It does not affect the other DVR that we have down in the basement. We have done all of the troubleshooting. All wires and cables are plugged in and tight. During troubleshooting, it asked about a swim box or something like that. We do not have one on either DVR. It sounds like we may need a new HD-DVR. What do we do?

P.S. It only happens every so often and lasts a few minutes to an hour then it comes back on.

What model number is your main DVR? 

All installations using an SWM LNB at the dish need an SWM power inserter, either a standalone unit or if you have an HR54 it's built-in.

I believe it's an HR44-700. We've looked everywhere for that SWM box but we don't have one.

You have to have one with an HR44 so check the model number.

If it's an HR44 on SWM  it won't work properly without a power inserter. 

Did this configuration ever work without a power inserter?

Trace the single cable from the dish and see where is goes when it enters the house.
