Prepaid shipping label for return

I canceled my directv service last month and did not receive a prepaid shipping label or return kit. I live where getting to a UPS Store is not easy cause of the pandemic and is in another state 45 minutes away. The UPS Customer Center told me that if I had a prepaid label, I could drop it off there. I need to a prepaid shipping label to sent my directv equipment back

Can I get some help please.
