Remote Control Setup

I have a RC66RX controller that I am trying to connect to my Genie Mini. I go into setup to setup my Samsung UN43TU7000 TV and it won't recognize it. I have tried every code. I have no trouble with my RC73, but the remote doesn't fit my hands very well and I know the universal remote very well. I had no problem with the remote and the TV when the HR-24-500 was in the room. I swapped the DVR with the mini and now can't control.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
