SHEF interface getTuned command no longer works
Suddenly yesterday (likely a software update from DirecTV) my getTuned command in the SHEF interface stopped working. A quick debug tells me I’m getting a 403 error code returned from the genie. This says the call is not depricated but it’s now a forbidden call. This has been working for years, nothing changed on my end.
Why would they stop honoring this function. It’s used to ask the DirecTV client what is its current status and yes I’m using the clientAddr correctly on the call. All my other SHEF commands work correctly.
Anyone else having issues with this? Is there a new SHEF interface document out. The last one is version 1.03C from like 2011.

When DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM a text box icon with lines in it appears at the top of the page near the bell icon.

This has been resolved. My genie tower died and the new tower was installed and 1 configuration setting got left behind.
In Settings->Whole-Home->External Devices->Current Program it needs to be set to allow. It makes sense as that was the one call that was failing.
