Software Update

When I turn on my TV it asks if I want a software update. How do I answer 'yes' with the remote?

If the message is coming from the television itself you will need to use the TV remote (not the DirecTV remote) to select yes or no.

Most likely that is the TV that wants to update as DTV only asks you if you want to do it later. As stated use the TV remote to select yes.
