unable to put in wifi password
help! We are trying to connect a new receiver to our tv but we can't get past the screen where it found our network to put in our wifi password. Nothing will make it change screens that I have tried.

I want to make sure we're on the same page, may I know if you have DIRECTV Satellite o DIRECTV STREAM services?
Are you trying to activate the receiver for the first time or connect the receiver through internet to get the On Demand feature?

IIRC you can't have special characters in the password.
