Account Disappeared
Got logged out while watched tv yesterday morning. Now I can’t log back in on any device, tv, app, computer, web. Nothing. Can’t reset password, doesn’t recognize user name. Nothing. I talked to numerous customer service reps yesterday including going up to the art store. Nothing. Some of them see my acct just fine but don’t have access to let let me make a usable ID & password. Others act like my account doesn’t exist. I am getting no help and at this point would just cancel but once again half the people I talk to can’t see my account!?!?!
