Bad request

When I try to enter in my account I receive a message bad request. What can I do to access to my account ?

Do you have directv stream or directv satellite service? What device are you using to log onto your directv account? Have you tried a different browser, device, etc? Also, ensure that ad-blockers, VPNs, and other antivirus software is turned off when accessing the directv site.

You can try change the devices and enter your account again. I used to have same issue on PC. However, when I enter my account again on mobile, the problem is solved

No, but I use computer and Mobil devices with a Canadian IP, it’s probably why I can’t long in. But I don’t know the solutions.

The service is only supported in the USA. Why are you using a Canadian IP?

I try to use an American IP, via expresVPN using a server in Miami. It’s don’t work.

DirecTV generally won't work via a VPN.

Using a VPN is blocked if they can detect it. A VPN is generally used to try to bypass location limitations and that very well may violate their content licenses with the networks, so they don't allow it.
