Cancel account with one notification on the same day cancelling.
Direct Tv cancelled my account with just hours of a notification about the credit being expired and now because it is cancelled I have to chose another package with less channels and more money instead of allowing me to make the payment and continue with what I had. According to the customer service, they sent notifications but the only one that I have is just one email. Very disappointed on the way they do business
after being with them for several years. Direct tv why would you do this to you loyal customer?

That is why I use PayPal. Easy to change payment method to advert these types of occurrences.
