Can't create account after cancelling. Card rejected repeatedly
New customer. I was told to cancel acct and recreate to get free pay channel promotion they forgot to include and could not add. Now every time I call we go through the process, but when my credit card or any other card is run, it charges the $30 hold, but rejects the card. I have 2 cancelled accounts blocking account creation. I have spent over 40 hours and over 100 calls. There does not appear to be any tech support, no one to escalate to, just sales reps that can't get it done, and don't know what to do next, no matter how confident they have been trained to act.

You can try a BBB complaint as that gets it sent to corporate. Although, I’m not sure why they made you completely cancel your account and sign up again. They should have been able to give you the offer with your existing account by applying a few settings. I’ve seen this occur many times in the past.
