Can't seem to cancel this subscription...

I am trying to cancel this subscription. The difficulty I am having just with this process makes me want to never want to use your services again. Your website won't allow me to view my account to cancel. You have no customer support email, and I have seen several different hours of operation listed in various places which indicate you SHOULD still have live agents available to chat. I guess my question is what do I have to do to cancel this free trial? This is insanity.
