CARE CODE 500
For the last month on my ATTV app (and now direct TV stream) I have gotten “something went wrong try again later. Care code 500” on my Roku tv’s. After spending 12+ hours on the phone with ATT/DIRECTv support there is nothing anyone can tell me. Now the “my att” app is giving me the same error code. I am so frustrated at this point, I’ve spent four hours on the phone today to be told “it’s been escalated to our back room team.” Which is what I’ve been told for a month now. If anyone had this issue and has had any luck fixing it PLEASE reach out. ATT is about to lose my business for all services over this.
