Change credit card on streaming

I got a new rewards card, same card number but different expiration date and three number code.  I have been trying to change it in the account management section for well over an hour and got no help on a telephone call.  When I put in the new numbers, the bottom line does not change from cancel to save.  I tried several times and never got it to work.  I also added some contact information that was needed and seemed to be saved, but as soon as I got out of the billing section, it was gone too.

Anyone know how to help me?

Well, I managed to fix it myself.  My zip code changed about fifteen years ago and the new 5 digit zip code is assigned to another community.  I just happened to think about this and I went in, changed the name of the community, and the save button came up.  No error had shown up, so there was no way to know about this.  Anyway, if you have a problem, maybe this will help you.  I will say that the Directv Agent, when I finally got to one was little help.  They seemed like nice people, but didn't know how to help me.  I asked the agent to just change the info from the phone, but she refused.  I think that this is pretty poor customer service.  I was a Directv satellite customer for 12 years, was promised an annual discount on the rate because of my longevity and I had the person's name.  They refused when the renewal came, so I got rid of the satellite.  Now here I am back again.  Frown.
