change location of home network

I have moved and my local channels are still from the location of my old house.  How do I reset my account to the location of my new house and get the right locals?

Thanks,

James

Well you got to that. Local and regional broadcasts are based on a subscribers CC billing address. They need to know where you are located. Since Roku's and Fire Sticks do not have GPS or location services the default is your home base. Bet your mobile device has the right channels. Check it out.

Have you changed your CC billing address to reflect the new location? What device are you using?

Hello @Jamie4123 , thanks for reaching.

The local channels are determined by either your billing zip code (when streaming from a PC/Laptop and TV) or by your location (when streaming from a Mobile device).
In this case, you will need to update the billing address of your payment method to match the local channels available at your new address.
