We have called 4 Times they don't know what to do. Our bank tell us the card is good. On 05-13-22 I tried with my card and it was rejected also

Ha. No thanks. I have wasted 5 hours with you all. I'll talk when you have a solution. Bye.

Is it a debit or prepaid card? Has to be a credit card or paypal.

Tried several cards, credit and debit. Even got credit card company on the line to help. Direct TV  can't figure it out.

Like I said, you can't use debit cards. When you did a credit card---did Dtv send your card a temporary authorization for 30 dollars? They do that when you change cards on your account. I changed my card a few weeks ago and that's what happened.

Umm...okay, so per above, we tried several credit cards, too. The $30 hits and is immediately credited back. It's very strange. No one can seem to resolve. We spent the entire day trying and even went into the store for help.
