Directv Stream - 0 hours left in unlimited DVR
Hello everyone-
I'm having an issue where my DVR is saying that I have 0 to 1 hour left on my DVR when I pay for the unlimited cloud DVR. I'm fearful that my shells are not recording anymore. I contacted customer service and nothing has happened. When I did research on the Reddit thread I was told that all the represented had to do was reset the DVR and it wouldn't get rid of any of my shows but it would fix the issue. But for some reason I'm getting the runaround and no one is helping me.

No one here will be able to fix your issue, This is just an open forum of users/subscribers, and no one has access to accounts. You best option is to contact a support rep and discuss your issue with the rep.

I have reached out to a customer service and nothing.
I'm using various devices. I have checked it on my cell phone. I've used it on my Roku and I have a DirecTV streaming box and they all say the same thing.
I even tried logging in and then logging back out and didn't work.

Try logging in to your online DirecTV streaming account and check what it says to make sure that you are getting the unlimited DVR. Because it sounds like to me even tho you are paying for unlimited it kinda sounds like your DVR or account does not know this.

Was anyone ever able to figure this out? We’ve been without our unlimited DVR for 1.5 months now & the last DirecTV stream rep who seemed to actually TRY to help told me Friday (7/15/22) that it’s a system wide glitch that they know about & are working on but have no idea how long it will take to fix. Has to be something they can do…..
