Directv Stream - 0 hours left in unlimited DVR

Hello everyone-

I'm having an issue where my DVR is saying that I have 0 to 1 hour left on my DVR when I pay for the unlimited cloud DVR. I'm fearful that my shells are not recording anymore. I contacted customer service and nothing has happened. When I did research on the Reddit thread I was told that all the represented had to do was reset the DVR and it wouldn't get rid of any of my shows but it would fix the issue. But for some reason I'm getting the runaround and no one is helping me.

I am having the same issue as well. My understanding is that since I have a very old account back to the days of AT&T TV now that as it was migrating onto the DIRECTV stream platform somehow it glitched. I’m getting the same information that they are aware of it and are working on it with no resolution date. I’ve escalated this up four times with no resolution so far. I’m about to go to YouTube TV except I have an excellent grandfathered plan back from when it was DIRECTV NOW. It’s super frustrating going back to the 20 hours when I pay for the unlimited. The last representive I spoke to was credited me to compensate.
