Why does the power light go off on the Gemini dongle and tv says no connection

Hey @milesmaresh. It indicates a problem with the power supply. Check the power connection and ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the Gemini Air dongle and the power outlet. Rizza, DIRECTV Community Team
