HAS ANYONE RECEIVED THEIR $30 CREDIT YET?
I signed up for the credit -first the $20 and then the $30 credit -- and am now being told that my account has no record of any such request. It is absolutely ridiculous.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I think they said it may take a couple of billing cycles before we get them.

Just be patient if you applied for it you should get it. I got mine. It just takes a while to process!

Mine is being applied to my October bill, sadly only a $20 credit (I went back after $30 was announced but it said I'd already applied).

@Socalstreamer818 same thing happened to me so I contacted their Twitter support and they gave me a 10 dollar credit....
