How can I get actual help for Direct TV streaming service?

I finally cancelled DTV satellite due to constant drop outs. I subscribed to Streaming service. The online account link is faulty, I tried to get support but after 9 handoffs i quit. I want to cancel my service. Can someone tell me how without using the non functional phone service?

Not sure what you mean. What exactly is "faulty"? We're customers like you, so can't really help with account-related issues.
