I can't login to my DirecTV account
Hello, i recently started a subscription. I tried to register my account and make a User ID because that was what i was told to do on the email they sent me. When i went to Create a user ID, i entered all the correct information that was needed to create a user ID. Then it this red thing pops up on the top of my screen saying "Something went wrong. Please try again.(MSIDENTITY_009)". I've tried everything in my power but nothing works. Please respond with what i can do to get access to my account. Thanks

Clear cache and data. Make sure any ad blockers or extensions are disabled. Try using incognito or private mode. It's not the website but your environment. Working fine here on multiple devices - tablet, Chromebook, and PC.

Already did all that and still cant get in account using, Chrome,Safari and Firefox

Are you a previous DTV or AT&T subscriber using the same credentials? If so, you need to use different credentials for each service.
