Is AutoPay the only payment option?

I have wireless phones, internet with At and T and Direct TV Stream ( as of 5/28/22). I already received a bill from DirectTVStream that was deducted from my checking acct. I was hoping to combine all 3 services into one bill, but AT and T said to ask Direct TV. All of this payment info is on the AT and T site, but their rep was unable to look at the DirectTV Stream payment info. Its very confusing. I do not like the autopay and would like paperless billing  for all of it, but as of now am I stuck with autopay for Direct TV?
