It's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel DirecTV Stream online (and by phone!)
I've followed the step by step directions to cancel my DirecTV Stream service, from multiple web browsers and from multiple computers, and it keeps conveniently getting stuck with the loading animation saying "Hang tight...". It sits there for like an hour and then times out. EVERY TIME.
So then I finally called and was shut down because I could not remember (and pretty sure I never created) a pin! Even though I offered to provide my account #, billing address, payment information, etc as proof. The customer service rep then abruptly hung up on me! Wow.
If I didn't want to cancel before, I sure do now. Please fix the online cancellation process ASAP!
