why am I getting an error message everytime I try to get to a login screen.  I went through att previous and when I even press DirectTv on there screen it takes me to same error message.

AT&T? AT&T has nothing to do with DirecTV Stream. They are 2 separate companies. What is the error message or code you are receiving? What device are you using? You should never see the AT&T login screen. Do you separate login for AT&T and DirecTV Stream. They should always be different.

That is not so, I bought my DT stream directly with ATT and yes everything about it was directly on my ATT. I do know they separated the info now but they have a link to our Direct Tv streaming right on their site but it goes to an error message. So I thought that link was broken so I went out and googled DT and clicked to log into and get same error message.  There is no way to see my account.

if someone here has a login link I can log into from here that would be great.

Do you use the same email on more than one account or ATT/Directv product? Or in the past? Dtv Stream needs a separate email. Try to login on chrome using an incognito tab

I guess you are not understanding. First I can’t get to a log in screen to do anything. And even if I could get there I should be able to use the same credentials,

Thank you. That was all I needed. I did not have to change my credentials at all and I got signed in,
