Promotion not added for new services

I started DirecTV Stream services on December 18, 2021. It states if you look on DirecTV Stream website for the ULTIMATE package it clearly says you get 4 premium packages FREE for 3 Months. I have yet to see them on my guide. I've called and they tell me to give it 3-5 days and I'll receive an email stating updates to why I'm not receiving them. Still no email, and still no help to this, but I've called them today (Jan 19, 2022) and they keep telling me to check my email in 3-5 days that this is an on-going problem (I'm assuming others are having the same issue). So what should be done about this? That's like a written promise if it's stating it on their website, but nobody is giving me what is promised. I've just made the first payment with them! Not to mention that they are raising their package pricing $10 more a month, starting Jan 23, 2022. Same services, but raising it up and not giving customers what they are promised is not fair at all. So how can I get this issue resolved?????
