Rewards cards are a scam

Question

I was told that if I got the Sports Pack and an elevated plan I would get $300 card and $250 card. I didn’t. ATT lulls you into false hope and then pulls the rug out from underneath you. I can’t wait for the next two years to be over.

I don't recall DIRECTV having this promotion at all, when were you told this? And what service do you have, DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV SATELLITE?
