Says I have no subscription
My DirectTV stream says I do not have an active subscription but I do. The tech on phone said he could see my subscription was active and promised to call me back after he talked to his manager. Its been 5 hours. Anyone else experience this?

What device(s) are you trying to log in on? Have you gone onto www.directv.com and is it giving you the same no-subscription notice?

Thank you for replying! YES, getting the same error when I go there. :( As far as the device I am accessing - its the APP on my smart TV.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app on your TV.

I have uninstalled and installed the app several times... I can see my subscription on Directtv.com. However if I hit stream now... it says I don't have one. Argh! So frustrating as I just switched over from cable. :(

Call back DirecTV and cancel your DirecTV Stream account. Then create a new account.
Were you previously a DirecTV Satellite customer? If so, be sure to use a different email address when signing up for Stream.

So,did you switch from DirecTV satellite? Using the same credentials? If so, you need to use different credentials. Know bug with the service.
