Self-Service For Removing Add-Ons
In either the mobile app or the website, DirecTV Stream does not provide a method for removing add-ons. One has to CALL DirecTV Customer Service to accomplish this. This wastes THEIR time as well as OURS. It would seem to behoove DirecTV Stream to implement a process by which a customer could do this via the app AND the website. Are there any known plans to do so?

I can make changes, including the removal of add-ons--on the website.

Just log in to your account and cancel the add-ons under your manage subscriptions.

It doesn't give me a way to do that, and I've tried numerous things. Be specific.

All my add-ons have a "remove" on the items under my account.

Thank you for that detail and the time it took to create it for me. Here's my situation. I have only one add-on, and it's the SportsPak, one not shown in your picture. Where it is shown is not in the same place as all the rest of them, including those you have. It is shown all by itself, with no add or remove button, to the right of my main package, on what I believe is the same page as your screenshot, as shown in the picture below. It is just a tiny icon, and double-clicking on it does nothing.
If I scroll down the page to the area in YOUR shot, all those have add and remove buttons, like yours. It must just be a quirk of the SportsPack, and, of course, I can call in to have it removed, when the time comes (after football season). I just wish they would add an add/remove button to the box that IT is in, like the ones below that you have depicted.
