Sign up glitch on dtvs website

I’ve been trying for hours to sign up for a no contract stream account and last page where you enter credit card info and address keeps saying I must enter something into the optional apartment # suite # box even though it’s a house. And no matter what I put in that box it says wrong format. It will not let me continue. Tried calling to set up account 3 times the first 2 hung up on me as soon as I said no contract and the third said they could only do contract packages over the phone and told me to use chat. So, I wasted 45 minutes going around and around with a bot that, in the end, directed me to the sales department. Tried calling technical support but without an existing account number it won’t let me any further. Is there really no one at directv that can sign me up for a no contract account over the phone or help me with their website? Please, can anyone give me advice?

Is the CC info the same as the information being entered on the page? The info must match the CC info.

Yes, the billing address matches the credit card billing address.

Do you have PayPal? You can try linking your CC to PayPal. Otherwise, you will need to go through support. Since this is just a forum, no one has access to accounts.

Something is wrong with the website for ordering no contract streaming service. The box for apartment or suite # says optional but when I leave it blank it errors me back saying I must enter something but no matter what I try to enter it says wrong format. The address is a house it doesn’t have and has never had an apartment or suite #. My payment method is irrelevant, but my billing address for every card I have doesn’t include an apartment or suite #. Sales department over the phone refuses to help me sign up for a no contract account. They say they can only set up contract accounts and I have to use the “self service” website that has absolutely no support if something is wrong with their site. So, what am I left with? Does anyone who works for directv read these forums? Please, fix your website so people can order your product or allow an actual human to set up my no contract streaming account.
