Updating Payment

Everytime I try to update my payment credit card it tells me that it cannot be processed at this time. This is try 3 in as many days.

What service do you have? DirecTV Stream or the grandfathered version (AT&T TV NOW).

If it's the new DirecTV Stream (previously AT&T TV - without the "NOW") then you should be able to call the customer service. In the past they would accept the credit card info by phone. I don't know if they would still do that.

If it's the grandfathered AT&T TV NOW, then all changes generally must be done online. They used to just reject help requests by phone. Just check if they would help now that its DirecTV Stream. Or you should try chat.
