I tried to use my firestick with Direct TV Stream and it said I was out of the area and was unauthorized. Is this possible to use in Puerto Rico?

No. DIRECTV STREAM only works in the United States. You can try a VPN for the United States but I’m not sure how efficient that will work or if it will even work at all.
