Why do I have to Sign in to my account everyday

Lately each day I have to log in to my DIRECTV account.   I use Directtv for live tb as well as steaming   I run it on my Samsung Smartt Tv.

That article just talks about disabling auto login.

I am having the same problem with my TV as well and trying to get an actual answer on the website is a joke. Even trying to char online will not connect. No place to send an email, ridiculous. I am getting ready to cancel this streaming service and go with another company. Every single (Edited per community guidelines) day I turn on my main tv and it says error and makes me sign in and give my password.

If you are using the app for a Smart TV, you need to use an external streaming device. As has been stated, the Smart TV app has always been a problem with little support.
