4k no longer working
Was able to get 4k channels to display after changing settings on tv and direct tv stream box. When I first tried 4k a week ago I got a message my device was compatible but not able to display. Got through that by changing settings on box and on tv. However, I had to reset my box just now because an update caused it to continuously loop rebooting itself. Once I did, I now get the message my device is not 4k compatible even though settings on tv and box are the same as they were before. Any ideas?

I ended up restarting the box via the system menu and then it worked.
