Customer Service is terrible!
Is the only way to get help from DirecTV is to be on hold for over 2 hours and then to be disconnected? I wrote a long 1 star yelp review. They messaged me to connect to facebook. I did and they were of no help. Can't wait for my contract to end. And these people stay in business?

Picture quality
When I switch to regular antenna TV I get a better, more colorful 4k picture. My Gemini Air produces a almost faded, washed picture. I've gotten the Gemini replaced but still the same results.

Unable to see 4K channels using Firestick 4k Max
Recently I was on a trip and logged into DirecTV Stream on a Roku device that was in place we were staying. I noticed something I had not seen before. There was a channel 104 and it had 4K content. Now, when I am at home I have a Fire TV Stick 4K Max. I have it plugged into an LG C1 65" 4K TV.

4k picture quality horrible on DirecTV Stream
Whenever college football is offered in 4k format the picture quality is horrible -a faded, dim, washed out look with poor color rendering. No amount of tinkering with settings makes any difference. I have five different smart TV’s from 32” to 65” and brands from TCL to Samsung and LG.

Directv response time and Samsung tv and Samsung remote
Just subscribed to Directv with ATT internet. 1. Samsung remote does not operate the way buttons are labeled. 2. Response time for channel changes is 10-15 seconds. Totallty unacceptable. Will go back to Spectrum system if this is what I can expect. 3. att internet is twice as fast as Spectrum- 487

Gemini Air - Screen Freezes
Recently switched from cable to Gemini Air on 2 tv. The system freezes frequently. When I run diagnostics, the signal is STRONG, This is happening on both TVs. What do I need to do to correct this. I'm beginning to wish I hadn't switched.
