80002-004 error
I cannot seem to get a gemini device to connect to my wifi. On my second one, no matter what I do I always get the 80002-004 error. I have reset everything. no luck. Are their specific wifi router settings that could be a problem?
I have a gemini connected at my other home with no issues.

On your home wifi did you make sure that it was set to home on your Gemini device? Also, are you trying to stream from any other devices while away from home other than the Gemini as you are only allowed 3 streams off your home wifi network and only 2 of them can be devices connected to your tv?

Have you swapped the devices to see if the issue goes with the device or the location?

Was able to get it hard wired to ethernet. Device then dowloaded updated firmware. Wifi works now. Too bad they don't ship with more up to date firmware
